Travel
MAS provides temporary staffing in most of the aforementioned specialties to cover maternity leave, a rise in census, or simply to provide interim coverage until the position is filled permanently. Working with a traveler may be the best solution to avoid disrupting patient care. Travelers are MAS employees who are contracted to your facility for a pre-determined number of weeks and hours. All travelers are provided with employee benefits which include workers compensation insurance, liability insurance, temporary housing, medical insurance and expense reimbursement for travel to your assignment.
