2020 has been a trying year but we are still powering through to provide the best experience and resources to our internal employees and field staff. MAS Medical Staffing is celebrating as we were named one of the 2020 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island for the THIRD year in a row! This annual list of the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island is curated by Providence Business News, Best Companies Group.

The purpose of this statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Rhode Island, benefitting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses.

MAS received a spot as one of the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island for 2020 by entering in a two-part survey process. The first process consisted of evaluating the company’s human resource policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part was derived from a confidential employee survey to measure the overall employee experience.
